Our family stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Quiet rooms, top breakfast, excellent location with many public transportation options right down the street.

We stayed with our family in this hotel. The location is excellent. Parking will cost you 20 euro's per day. The hotel is really warm and your airco will cool to 18 degrees but we did not feel it was really cooling the room. So we opened the windows but as the hotel is at a busy road with stop for the Tram it is impossible to get a good nights sleep so oppt for garden view rooms!!. Breakfast was chaotic. We booked it and needed to pay extra after a discussion they agreed they made a mistake and there was no extra charge. One day our room nr had already been marked of as having breakfast but we did not. And if you go arround nine it is chaotic and hectic. The refilling of items and even getting a knife whas difficult for the staff. Nevertheless they did stay friendly and nice. But could be a bit more structured.
