Great location, very close to central station. The room is very nice and spacious. Staff is super friendly, specially our friend from the restaurant/bar (forgot his name) who was always smiling and very kind to my kids. Very close to some attractions. The only thing is that none of the days our room was cleaned.

Was a great place to stay, but naked people in the sauna were perfectly fine by the staff.. We had 3 kids who did not come to the sauna to look at someone's old junk

The toilet clogged v easily. After the first use and after telling the hotel staff multiple times (3 times) it was still not fixed after more than a day. They forgot or were too busy to come. We and our kids had to use other bathrooms. They don’t do housekeeping every day and I’m told you need to ask for it. The place was dusty as well. Imagine coming back to a dirty place after a tiring day out with the kids and not being able to use the bathroom! Pls get the basics right. Home away from home? You’re truly very far from that.

Everything was good except for sofa bed, which was too uncomfortable to sleep on. We put the sofa bed mattress on the floor instead and then it was ok. Pool was nice for the kids and breakfast was good:)

It's an alright property for a city centre, however they could work a bit on their cleanliness. The room had a little bit of rubbish when we checked in, looked like an accident as the room itself was vaccummed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and inevitable if you ate travelling with children. It is very close to the tram stop and convinient to get around, staff are friendly and helpful

Really enjoyed our stay, first time in an apartment hotel and it worked really well for us as a family having the one bedroom and living space with sofa bed for kids. We also enjoyed being able to have a splash in the pool, which although not huge was enough for us to have a bit of a swim in .

This hotel is only one tram station away from the central train station. The area surrounding is quiet clean and safe. The staff there are exceptional. We travelled with 2 young kids with lots of luggages. There was a road block and tram service was interrupted when we had to catch a train in 30 mins. I can’t thank the lady who worked at the front desk enough to help us carry the luggages to the train station. She really ran an extra mile to help us get to the train station on time.
