Neat and clean hotel, at a great price, close to the subway and train station (tram line outside hotel or 10 minute walk). Breakfast was very good with many options. Great for family with kids. Would definitely consider if in Berlin again. Stayed 4 days.

The hotel is immaculately clean. Our room was serviced perfectly every day. I feel like the existing reviews don't do the hotel justice on two points - the location and the breakfast. The hotel is really close to Alexanderplatz, a 5 minute stroll along a straight road. If you want you can walk a few hundred feet up the street and catch a tram there too. Breakfast included was excellent, I can't say enough good things about it. There was a waffle bar, toasting station, pastries, breads, yogurts, cereals and fresh fruit, condiments, meats and cheeses. Hot food included bacon, sausage, beans and eggs etc. Also available we're fruit juices, teas, coffees and a selection of sweets. The self serve buffet style breakfast was fully attended, replenished and kept extremely clean throughout the 5 hour breakfast period. Would definitely stay again and would feel really confident recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Good location. Walking distance to everything. Amazing breakfast buffet. Hotel is very family oriented with tons of children… if thats your thing. Wasnt mine but didnt mind it.

Nice and clean rooms, but the "design" of the shower does that there is water everywhere. The staff quite nice and friendly. The morning buffet was nice but for small kids and adults, something for everyones taste buds. Overall okay hotel.
