We opted for the room with the bunkbeds for our family of five. It was nice compact room. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn are very conveniently within walking distance. Parking was easy. There is a nice buffet style breakfast available as well as other bakery options nearby. Plenty of restaurants nearby for lunches and suppers. There is also a very nice park nearby with two historical bunkers with great views of the area.

So bad, no aircondition. Breakfast was told to be great, was not at all. So much noise, all night trains and much traffic. Party in the hole night, so not for families at all
