The rooms are comfortable and if you get a room facing the atrium it is quiet. They are clean and the beds and pillows are like new. Many extras are provided like dental care and shaving kits. Robes and slippers are also in the rooms. The best part of the visit is the welcoming and helpful staff that manage the hotel. They will treat you like family as soon as you enter the hotel. This hotel is in a great location just down the street from Berlin Friedrichstraße Station. They offer a wide array of items at their breakfast. Overall our stay was excellent and Hotel Eurostars is now one of our favorite hotel chains.

Location next to the train station was convenient. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. We notified the front desk, but it still wasn’t working after three nights. It made our stay very uncomfortable. We booked a room for our family of four (two adults and two kids), but there was not enough room for the four of us. One king size bed and one twin size bed were supplied.

Super central location and great quality, especially considering the central location. Nice modern clean spacious rooms, comfy beds. Aircon was fab in hot weather. Son loved view of rail tracks and station, we couldn’t hear trains much but if that bothers you, request rooms facing another side. Tasty breakfast. Pool small but clean and fun for kids, no blackout times for kids to use the pool. Lovely reception and breakfast staff. Only minus was that room was not cleaned properly during our stay: not cleaned at all on first day, on third day didn’t clean bathroom, items from tea tray did not get replaced, floors never got hoovered or wiped. Pool and fitness area didn’t get tidied or towels refilled during the day.
