Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt

Great with a family room with a seperate bedroom close to a nice area if you’re traveling with children. However the cleanliness was so so poor. There was old food scraps in the refrigerator, dust, dirt everywhere. And the room smelled of the worst perfume ever. Took us 2 days before we couldn’t smell it anymore with windows being open all the time. There was even blood stains under the sheet. To times we told reception we needed it to be cleaned and new trash bags nothing happened. Could really need some new cleaning staff! Really nice they had a balcony but we couldn’t use it, it was filled with pigeons day and night and not to mention the bird poop on railings and furniture. But if you’re in to all that, great areas with restaurants, shopping and playgrounds.

Great hotel with two bedrooms and two full baths perfect for families. There was a kitchen and dining area as well however we did not use it. Well located a 20minute walk to most attractions and restaurants and well located near a market and train station. A great find with a full bar, Good lobby and a gym. Don’t hesitate booking here especially if you are a family.

love this hotel would not want to stay anywjere else now when i visit berlin. Will be telling friends and family as well if they ever go berlin that Adina is the place to stay. Outstanding we loved it did not want to leave

Travelled with husband and 6 month old baby. Nice location, easy to get to from city centre, supermarket amd restaurants nearby. Apartment was cleaned each day (including setting and unpacking dishwasher if needed which was a great bonus). Small things made us happy such as a towel being provided for our infant so we didn't need to ask for another. We mentioned a faulty light on our second day and it was quickly fixed but unfortunately the same can't be said about the leaky bath plug (disappointing as we were all looking forward to a soak after travelling for 3 weeks). Well stocked kitchen with the basics for cooking breakfast and dinner, great size fridge but unfortunately no freezer (discovered after we bought ice cream!). Overall, very happy with our stay and we would come again.
