I had a smaller room and my friends shared a double room. Very nice and spacious even in my room which I believe is the smallest the hotel has to offer. Absolutely loved the bathroom. Nice shower, plenty of space and overall tasteful. The bed was big and comfy and I liked the fact that you can choose your own combination of pillows very much. The breakfast area was good with plenty of seats. Could be a bit noisy if younger kids were present but not too much. Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of options to chose from. The location is great with close proximity to lots of sights and Kreuzberg which offers plenty of great restaurants and pubs. I recommend wholeheartly!

Overall we had a satisfactory experience, and I would recommend it, but there were a few issues. Their parking facility is offsite and really difficult to navigate...very tight. They were kind enough to offer an upgrade to a junior suite for half price, and the room was awesome...nice and roomy. However, the bathroom entry had a very bright and annoying light under the step which you couldn't turn off. The location is pretty good...most things are walkable.

We had a great stay at the hotel. A spacious room for a family of three, excellent breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff and well connected for walking to key sites or transport routes around the city. Would stay again.

Location ok, room toilet door not closing properly, child bed poor quality , placing mattress on the floor helped but only a bit. Two rooms placed on different floors, One room not ready in time. Missed room cleaning. Sauna was closed. Room size is good. Stuff available ok. Breakfast was the point of light.
