IntercityHotel Berlin Ostbahnhof

The elevator buttons didnt work for going up, and only one elevator had a working button to get to level 1. the carpet was dirty in our room. We got a cot for our baby ehich was very nice, and a free water bottle when we arrived. The room was so hot and we couldnt open the windows at night because it was so noisy. The pillows were what felt like 100 years old, and was not good. The service was great though, never a problem with the people working there. I had read beforehand that they gave away 4-day tickets for the transportation, but I had to become a member to do so. Plus: -Good service -Close to transportation -Our room was quite big and spacious Cons: - Very run down allover - A bit noisy at night (to be expected) - Very hot room -Expensive for what you get
