We ordered a family room for 4 people but they told us the room they have is not a family room and could only have 2 adults and one child and then charged us over 90 dollars a day fir the extra bed.

Very good located. But unfortunately the restaurant was closed which made us very disappointed. We had to deposit 150Euros , if we should use room service! A lot of money! The hotel seemed a bit shabby, not at it used to be. We have stayed there nine times before but we think this was the last time. Our junior suite had an old fashioned TV and the furniture had to be changed. We felt that the hotel not was what it used to be!

We booked the Hotel Bristol because of the location and the ability to get a family suite. Neither of them disappointed. We loved that we could walk for shopping, dinner and a hop on/off bus. The nearest UBahn was a 8-10 minute walk. Our room was perfect for our family of four. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel should consider investing money in room furnishing. Furniture old and outdated. Add shampoos and miniature toiletry items. The junior suite photos are misleading on the website. Looks bigger according to the website. Other than that, the staff are great, the location is perfect,

The breakfast were a bit disappointing. Service in reception area average. I would have excepted a better service at a 5* hotel. However our junior suite were really comfortable and view good.

Great stay, always a pleasure. We have a long history in my family with this hotel, so it's always our choice for Berlin. We stayed in a Junior Suite, and while the room was very comfortable, the beds were quite hard, to the point where we had to ask for extra duvets to lie on. The hotel itself is old school luxury, but with updates. There's free wifi, there's a gym, there's even EV charging options (when they work). But the point of staying here is to enjoy an updated version of yester-year's version of luxury.

STAY AWAY The check in was a pleasure and the hotel is a little "old" but has it´s charm. In the restaurant I ask the manager for a quilt table where i could sit and work and be on the phone (the restaurant was max 40% full) he gave me a small round table in the bar area (the most noisy place) or in the middle of 2 families with small crying kids. it used to be a classic in Berlin but now they do everything possible to scare away the clients
