We complained about a defective air conditioner on the first evening. Again in the morning after and the evening. Two times an employee would come up. Check that it didn’t work and promised a technician would come shortly after. No one came and the worst part is that they didn’t bother to notify us that noone could come and fix it. One of the times we were told at the reception that it would work after 10 minutes. When I returned 20 minutes later they had the audacity to act surprised it was not fixed - even though no one had been to our room. It hadn’t magically fixed itself. We were offered to change rooms the second evening. After our kids fell asleep.

Perfect location, close to Ubahn, shops and restaurants. Lovely large room, perfect for our family of 4. Room was cleaned well everyday. Only negative was the hard beds and too thick / warm duvets.
