Nice central location in Fussen, right in the centre and close to local restaurants and attractions. The staff were great and we were given a Fussen card, which gave us free transport to Schwangau. The rooms are nice, we booked a family room and we got two adjoining rooms, which was great. The breakfast was great, good coffee and good Bavarian food. Parking is a bit tight, requires a bit of manoeuvring to get a large-ish car in . They seem to cater to large groups of Chinese tourists that arrive by bus around 6pm or so. So the lobby gets very busy at that time and again in the morning when the buses leave.

The front desk people were extremely helpful in all aspects of navigation, restaurant suggestions, and provided our family with a free transport pass with reduced tarifs for sights with the Fussen pass. The spa was very nice; the steam room was wonderful. The guest rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Centrally located and parking was easy with the garage having an elevator to the hotel. The hotel guests get free access to an amazing gym that is in the same building as the hotel and boasts some world class body building champions.
