Pelican Bay Resort at Lucaya

Very excellent experience I wish me and the family could stay longer. There are lots of people here that are so kind and inviting. The food and drinks were very good. A little tiny bug problem in the hotel room but it was taken care of quickly.

Pelican Point has exceptional staff. The facility is good and the customer service is superb. It’s a 10/10 recommendation for solo travelers, families, and couples.

Repeat visitor to Pelican Bay. I stay here every time I go to visit my family.

This property finally has a small gym that was more than adequate for me to get a good workout every morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to family and friends.

I like the quietness, the food was great, and the staff is amazing. I disliked that the property is not being maintained properly. I had to constantly call maintenance to fix things, including the bed. Additionally, they did not have any activities for kids, other than a play area that's too small for my 7-year-old.

I am Bahamian, with family and friends living in Grand Bahama. But, each time I visit (at least 3 times per year) I make Pelican my choice of stay! It is not a perfect property but what they offer collectively in facilities, friendliness, food and security is perfect for me! Shout out to Kim and the awesome front desk staff who made sure my requests were fulfilled during my recent stay. The bar staff are also friendly and inviting. Can’t wait to return!

Quality Of Hotel Service Quality of hotel service was good, but they really need to change the sheets and cover everyday. I spent a few uncomfortable nights because of sand in my bed. The maids were nice, but I think they are instructed to hold back on the clean cover and sheets. That was the only problem for me. Condition and Maintenance Condition and maintenance of the hotel was very good. It was very clean. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. . Do not forget to double-check as to what view you will be most comfortable with. There are several. Convenience Of Hotel Location This hotel is right in the middle of all the fun, bars, shopping, boating, and dancing. It is a great place for lovers. The surrounding beaches and neighborhoods were safe and beautiful. This is truly a summer place. It is a place to build summer memories with loved ones and family members.
