Best Western Alba Hotel

We used one of other great westerns down the road back in February and it ticked all the boxes as a couple. This time we returned as a family of four and the split floor room worked just perfectly. It would be very difficult to pick fault as everything just worked from the welcome to the departure. My only criticism which in my view let’s the venue down is the lazy man who works reception late afternoon/evening. I asked for towels and a kettle three times from 17.00 to 22.00. Eventually the towels appeared at 22.15, but no kettle. He certainly didn’t seem bothered. Yet the next day when I asked the friendly lady on reception about a kettle it appeared almost instantly. This would be my only gripe, but would certainly not putting me off staying and recommending. Also a special mention to the lovely lady on breakfast always so happy and cheerful!!
