OKKO Hotels Nice Aéroport

Booked 2 rooms . One for 2 adults and one for 2 adults and a child. On arrival reception told us that the rooms sleep a maximum of 2. As it was late at night and we had already paid we had no other option but to purchase a third room. The hotel should not have taken our original booking .

Hotel right at the entrance has a staircase, without access cover for suitcases and baby stroller (there is an elevator for the disabled). Reception is on the 8th floor. The room has no privacy, the bathroom has a glass door. When the light goes out, the sockets don't work, that is, you can't charge your cell phone while you sleep, Very basic breakfast for the price charged, we've been to cheaper hotels in France with much better coffee. It is written in the elevator that parking costs 16 euros (and we know a guest who also told us that), but at the reception they informed us that they did not have an agreement with the parking lot, that you have to notify them in advance (and at no time of the reservation it was informed that it would need to notify to use the parking lot), we had to pay 22 euros per day for parking.
