The air conditioning in room didn't work when. We checked in. We were told there weren't any other family-size rooms for us to move into. Evidently the service technician was not going to come look at it because it never got fixed. We were given a stand-up fan that helped. However, with 4 people in the room, it was warm. Breakfast bar was top rate!

We were on a family trip driving from Milan to Paris. The hotel is in a very quite neighborhood next to a local supermarket. The room layout was nice and cozy. We have no complaints. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The idea of a "family size" room is a good one, but the hotel has no elevator and the room had only one tiny velux type window. An extra window for the size of the room would have been much better. The lady at the front desk was asleep on a couch when we checked in (it was after midnight).
