It was a very pleasant stay, for us and our children (10 and 6). The sleeping couch for the kids was already made up, what a nice surprise. 10 min. walking to the Versailles Palace. The parking was in front of the hotel and the whole month aug. for free. Super!

Staff was very friendly, and the close location to the train station and Chateau Versailles cannot be beat. The room was clean and set up for our family of four. We only stayed one night, but it was perfect.

We were a family of 4 ,who booked a family room for one night stay ., quadruple family. Our room was large enough ( for 1 night stay) with 2 small bank beds. I did find the decor of our room a bit of a Dull colour, as somehow I was expecting more colours and moreof a traditional french style as per the photos on the website. , but having said that the room and badthroom were very clean , very large double bed and comfortable , bank beds a bit small for my tall children but comfy. Good breakfast.

The hotel was really nice and clean, with a 5 minute walk to the chateau. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be that the family room (for 4 people) was somewhat cramped, but it was manageable.

This property was in a great location and the room and staff were absolutely lovely. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh items. We appreciated that the city of Versailles provides free street parking for the month of August. This hotel is very close to some excellent restaurants. The main downfall is that during our August stay it was quite hot and there was no air conditioning in our room. The adults found it too hot to sleep well and we couldn't use the fan and or open the window as it created too much noise for our kids. This was not the hotel's fault, I only that I wish that I had taken notice of this when I was booking.
