A great small intimate hotel steps from the Louvre. The staff at the Hotel is outstanding. The room was good size. There is an elevator and a very good breakfast is served in the room. I recommend this Hotel for couples or families.

The family room (Room 51) was amazing. 4 single beds combined to be a king and 2 singles, with enough room to stretch out so the kids weren't on top of each other. The location is hard to beat, right across from the Louvre.

We'd heard numerous horror stories about rude and haughty hotel and restaurant staff in Paris, but nothing could have prepared us for the reception we received. Adeline was extremely welcoming, even though we'd arrived early. Nothing was too much trouble, and we appreciated the great lengths Sophie went to, booking a highly recommended restaurant at the last minute. Even after we had booked out, our luggage was looked after for a day. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family.

When we arrived, right at 2:00 as our reservation printout from Orbitz listed as the check-in time, they told us our room wasn't ready and that check in was actually at 3:00 - no apology was offered for the discrepancy. While my family waited in the tiny lobby, a muslim couple came in with their children to check in. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive to them - I felt terrible for them. Generally, the women at the front desk seem to look down their nose at anyone who wasn't French. Won't go back.
