Novotel Paris Les Halles

I was on a family trip, and thanks to the hotel's upgrade, I was able to rest comfortably. And I was impressed by the friendliness of the employees.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel. As an American family in Europe I can absolutely assure you that you will get top service and expected amenities at Novotel. Simple things we come to expect like plentiful towels and space were all excellent in a Clean and modern hotel. The staff was truly amazing, helpful and friendly. My son was so excited to practice his French he was learning at school but all of the staff helped him along with his efforts and could speak English incredibly well. We will absolutely stay here again. The shopping and metro lines and all the tourist attractions are all right out the doorstep. Truly a fabulous hotel.

Fantastic location and clean, nice rooms. The staff in the reseption was very helpful and serviceminded. The free icecream was a big hit with the kids also! There are a couple of things we would like to mention, however. The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The other thing that was a bit uncomfertable was that the cleaning staff came into the room several times during our stay. With just a short, low knock on the door before they entered caused some irritation and should be unnecessary.

We had a great stay for 5nights at Novotel les halles July 2023. The welcome was great and they delivered our suitcases up to the room for us. Free icecream in the lobby every afternoon was also a hit for our kids:-) This hotel has a great location was a lot of stores, restaurants and the Metro right by. Our daughter has Nut allergie, and on the breakfast the first day she ate a waffel that they said had no nuts in it, but it had. So the next day i talked to the employees there just to be shure... Then again she ate a muffin that wasnt supposed to have nuts in it, but it had. I talked to the staff and the reception about this, they did not take this serious at all and the feedback from them were really unproffesional... i asked for a refund for the last days and we got at least got that. But its not okay that we had to out for breakfast everyday after that. besides that, this was a really nice hotel.

We thought the property exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, room size, amenities and convenience. In particular the staff was amazing ...friendly,responsive and always trying to make our stay pleasant. We had 4 grandchildren with us and the hotel and staff could not have been better.

It was really safe and excellent with kids. Only complain would be that we were directed to the parking garage (5min walk)on rivoli but the hotel has a parking garage right under it (literally an escalator ride up). While I don't have an issue walking 5 mins, walking it with suitcases and a 1 year old and 4 year old at midnight after a 5 hr deive, while our first time in Paris proved very difficult, even finding the garage was difficult. While we did save € it was just not worth the hassel, would have rather preferred parking under the hotel even if it cost more.

Excellent place to stay with kids! Good, easy location with a few playgrounds nearby. The staff was warm and friendly, and the afternoon ice creams were a hit. Room was clean, modern and sofa bed for the kids was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Very family hotel and the employees very nice and helpful

The location of this hotel is convenient and near a metro stop but can be really noisy at night which isn’t ideal when travelling with kids. We had an issue with our room the first night - the shower drain backed up and the air conditioning didn’t work. They remedied it the next day but both were extremely annoying especially given the nightly cost. I wouldn’t return.

I loved the junior suite however the bathroom light could be a little brighter.
