The water temperature was hard to control. Went from cold to HOT in a second. Don’t recommend for anyone traveling with children staying here. The two cleaning ladies were in room looking for

During the check out, I was told they are going to charge me for more than $2800. I asked about what kid charges are these and was told it is the room and breakfast. I then told the front desk we booked through Expedia and everything was paid for and we never had breakfast at the hotel. The front desk staff said she talked to the manager and cancel the charges. I checked my credit card after I got home and there is a pending charge of the $2800 . I contacted Expedia 3 times and was told they cannot do anything and asked me to contact the hotel directly. (I don’t know why I would use Expedia in the future). The one day the pending charge disappeared and I was charged for $34 dollars (for the breakfast I didn’t have?). I contacted the credit card company to have the charge removed. Now I have a new card number and need to update all my online payment account. It is very disappointed on how marriot and Expedia handle my trip.

One of the best staff at this hotel, make you feel at home. Extremely accommodating with almost everything you need. Definitely going to stay here again on my next visit to Paris. The best hotel for family or business. Five stars for the staff.
