Absolutely wonderful hotel. Beautiful facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location & the food was fantastic. Highly recommend. So many wonderful little touches to make your stay memorable. Excellent family (connecting) room.

The hotel staff are super friendly and polite. They went beyond their way to welcome us and help us with additional questions and reservations for dinners in nice places in addition to make sure we’re comfortable and well taken cared of. Breakfast was really nice in Parisian style which we loved. The rooms are newly remodeled with lovely arts that adds additional personality. Beds were super comfortable and shower was very nice. Overall this hotel was a great quality with amazing service for the amount charged. We had two rooms for us and adult children. They had a nice surprise for our son’s birthday with cake, balloons, champagne and lovely flower and handwritten card! We’ve been to Paris several times. This place stands on its own with quality and charm. We will definitely come back here again in our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved everything from the friendly staff, personalized touches, well-designed and efficient rooms, in-room amenities to the convenient location. The connecting rooms we reserved for our family of four was just the right size with two teenagers. And lastly we appreciated the good air conditioning during the heatwave -- we all slept well.

This is one of my favourite hotels I've ever stayed in. I stayed in the adjoining family rooms with my husband and myself in one room, and my mother and sister in the other (the housekeeping staff kindly reconfigured their room to twin beds for them). There were lots of thoughtful touches, the staff were friendly, the decor was really nice, my small requests (e.g. extra coathangers, an iron & ironing board) were responded to swiftly, the beds were comfy, everything was very clean, the location is excellent (close to Gare du Nord if coming by Eurostar), and all in all I really hope I get the chance to stay here again. You have the amenities and efficiency of a large hotel with the personal touches of a small one.

We loved this beautiful hotel within a short walking distance of Gare De L’est and a great playground. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating, also they all spoke English. Loved that they had connecting rooms for families. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Excellent hotel; highly recommend.
