L'Hotel du Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe

Great hotel. Stayed there with my family and they loved it.

Good location closer to all main attractions in Paris - walking distance to many and if you are a young couple you can enjoy walk to even Eiffel Tower Good for children - safe environment

1-this property has a very foul odor in the lobby when you enter and they try to spray and it’s very bad feeling when you enter the property I think they have some kind of a bathroom leak 2-except management. Most of the stuff doesn’t know what they’re doing or how they are doing things they take a very long time to get things done. 3-the room service is either not existing or disastrous. They kept us on the phone for an hour to make an order than they said we cannot deliver. 4-this hotel is under construction, but they never announce that we did not know and we woke up to the sounds of drill all around the room, which made my kids cry 5-the restaurant is supposed to open at 6:30. We went there for 630 breakfast. There was nobody there and I had to run around try to get people to open the restaurant and that was another disaster. 6-the other day when we went to the restaurant one client brought his omelette back because he wasn’t happy with it, and the chef started yelling at him, and as a matter of fact, the chef came out with a big frying pan try to beat the client. This is the type of staff they have. I think they hired the stuff from the prison facilities. 7-my coffee maker in the room was messed up when they cleaned it. I had to call five times to get a new coffee machine and it took them 4 hours to bring a new coffee machine. 8-they made multiple mistakes in my bill and what they were charging me and they kept changing the amount back-and forth.

This hotel was great for traveling with kids/teens. Quiet rooms, comfortable bedding and bath, easy elevators, and accessible staff for planning and navigating around Paris. Restaurants a minute away. So close to the Metra and stores yet removed from the crowds. We were very happy to choose this hotel.

Quite honestly i would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for all the housekeeping issues. We stayed for 5 nights with 2 kids. So 4 people in the room. Twice our room was not cleaned (we only find out when we got back to hotel late at night). Towels were seldom replaced, but old ones were picked up (i had no problem reusing a towel) and we were stuck sharing 1 towel! Calling housekeeping took forever (busy signal), then waiting for over an hour for towels and after we finally went to bed, after midnight someone shows up at the door with shower gel instead of towels. Btw, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were also never replenished, but we got a ton of lotion. Used mugs and glasses were not regularly picked up either. Other than this hotel was nice, clean, conveniently located. Even AC worked fine (could be cooler, but it was fine)

Very well located hotel and great breakfast buffet. My whole family enjoyed the stay.

Concierge staff were very helpful in assisting us in finding our way around Paris. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean and our room was very quiet. The size of the room with 2 double beds was amazing for a hotel room within Paris. This was the strongest selling point since we were travelling with our children. One morning we were need of a taxi and there wasn't one outside of the hotel. The outside staff assisted us in getting one without a long wait. Normally there are numerous taxis outside of the hotel, this was just an abnormally busy morning.
