Hyatt Paris Madeleine

Eccellent service, especislly from Victor the bellboy who was so helpful, kind amd considerate. He helped us so much with the bags and getting a taxi snd was so warm and welcoming. Also a bif shout out to the lady st breakfast, i think her name was Shrw shrw, she was lively, helping my mom pracyoce her french, friendly and hempgul towards mt baby and my childs needs. Overall, stagg were superb, coulsnr ask for better service , only downside was it was a little pricey for a small hotel but the staff made the trip memorable and comfortable. Also victoria, the housekeeping lady was excellent, so thorough in her job, excellent cleanliness and so sweet.

I would absolutely stay here again. My husband, two daughters and I had a perfect one night stay. The staff is above and beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy walking to many cafes, shops etc. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family when travelling to Paris.

Excellent hotel, perfect location in Paris with most attractions close by. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They pampered my kids and ourselves everyday with a different surprise. The hotel was super clean and in very good condition. We felt like at home in our stay in Paris. Highly recommended hotel. We cannot wait to be back to Hyatt Madeleine.

The staff are very nice and professional. Upon arriving, we were greeted and offer drinks. When we entered our room, they had a small dessert, wine, sweets, and kids journal book prepared for us as a welcome gesture. Our suite is spacious, my children (7 & 9 years old) enjoyed the comfortable sofa bed. Our bed is soft and comfortable. The pillows were perfect. I have spine issues and I didn’t have any pain after sleeping on the bed. The room is clean and the air conditioning is great kept us cool during the heat wave in July when we went. They clean everyday and provide bottled water. Also the air is clean and smells really good when we enter our room. The hotel is beautiful and is near to a lot places to eat. We enjoyed our stay for my husband’s birthday. I wish we were in the higher floors or have a view of the Eiffel Tower hopefully next time they can accommodate that request. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine! Thank you!

We were so impressed by everyone at the hotel, they went above and beyond to help us and with two very small children it was SO appreciated! Allowing us to rest in a room before our actual room was ready for check-in was a lifesaver after the red eye from NYC. The wine and festive chocolate for the kids for Christmas in our room was such a lovely and generous surprise. The food, the drinks, the service was impeccable and our room was spacious, warm, comfortable, clean and quiet. Just what we were looking for, and more! thank-you!
