We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Slightly dated, but is well cared for. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My children were obsessed with the oversized bathroom and tub. AC didn't work well, but we were so busy siteseeing that it didn't bother us much. Location was amazing. Within walking distance to almost everything and just far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings without street noise.

I stayed at a family suit for 6 nights and it was better than my expectation. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Maria (hope I remember her name correctly..) at the front desk. I came back hone with a great memory from my stay there. Hotel Mayfair will be my first choice for my next trip to Paris.

Fantastic location for all major sights. Even though it is just off Rue de Rivoli, room was quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful if needed. Good choice of local restaurants to suit different budgets, nearby. Breakfast, however, is too expensive for a family of 4...15 euros each for coffee,juice,croissant! If going in summer, grab a pastry and coffee from one of the many cafes and head to Tuillerie Gardens.

Not wanting to spend an absolute fortune on two rooms in a well located hotel for a family trip my expectations were not too high. But we could not have been more delighted. It is a super hotel and offered us very good value. Friendly professional staff, very comfortable quiet rooms with character, one had a balcony with fabulous view, good breakfast and wonderful location. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic location, just a moments walk from Jardin Tuilleries. We were a party of 2 ads 2 kids, and half of us were ill (not hotel related) during the stay, and we chose to eat out, including breakfast, so we didn't see any of the hotel other than reception and our room, which far exceeded expectations based on numerous hotels and B&Bs. Staff friendly and spoke good English (a plus for us) - can't fault it.
