The staff went above and beyond our expectations. We booked last minute due to our other accommodation having major structural problems. In a time of need, our family was able to de-stress after a terrible experience at our previous accommodation. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Hotel Francois 1er left my family a great impression 11 years ago. This time, when we planned to go to Paris, we decided to stay there again. The hotel was charming and exquisite, offering romantic vibe and decorations, perfect location, solid and luxury furniture, comfortable room and delicious breakfast, which we really enjoyed. We also loved the perfume smell of the hotel. Their staff was very friendly and insightful. Mr. Wang gave us good tips to prevent from being handpicked, and took photos of us with the beautiful settings in the hotel. Mr. Chen served us breakfast very professionally and politely and filled my thermal bottle with hot water every day. Look forward to returning to the lovely place the third time.
