Our room was very old. The water was not consistent - moving from hot to cold. There was a bad smell from the drains. Our kids’ room was beautiful (6th floor has been renovated) and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic! The half board Italian restaurant next door was delicious and plenty of options were included. The staff were all wonderful, especially Fatima. The location was perfect. Very convenient, quiet and safe.

Despite being right in the center of a touristy area, our room facing the courtyard was very quiet. The triple room was perfect for us, a couple with one child, and the room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being so close to the Metro and the sights. The staff were wonderful! They even let us check in early and the breakfast staff were very attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again the next time I'm in Paris! The price didn't break the bank and the staff at the front desk are so helpful and friendly! The place is in an AMAZING location-steps from Notre Dame and in an incredible area of cafes, shops, etc. We would walk about 10-15 minutes to the Louvre!!! Loved it!!! Also we got the inclusive meal plan-breakfast and one meal beg at noon. We were leary about it but it proved a great option. The kids could grab a quick bite in the morning before heading out. And the pizzas and pasta options at the cafe are amazing!
