We loved this quaint boutique hotel. Wonderful location. We had a suite and it was quite large and comfortable for our family of 4. It was so quiet and comfortable. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

The front desk was amazing, from check in to getting us tickets to the museum. We had to book a second room as a family member’s flight was canceled. They were so accommodating and helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was beautiful, great location, wonderful breakfast ! Our best experience on this trip to Europe!

Great experience, staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was ideal for everything we wanted to see - easy access to Metro. Loved the breakfast and honor bar. We stayed in the suite and it was perfect for our family of 4. Only suggestion is to add a mini refrigerator so we could have cold drinks in the room.

Our Stay at Hotel d'Orsay was exceptional. The people at the front office and desk were amazing, always ready to help and took care of us all the 4-5 days that we were there. As soon as we checked in - they gave my kids a couple of books to read, the location is perfect and everything is walking distance. The staff was super friendly, good breakfast and just a lovely stay. I have been to Paris 5-6 times and this hotel has been the best. Merci beaucoup

The hotel is in a gorgeous location and the room we had was great for families. So much space! Unfortunately, we had to wait long past 2pm to check in which was disappointing. We were also told the children could have free breakfast but a rather grumpy member of staff the following morning disagreed. It was a shame.

2 rooms, one for adults and other for 3 teenaged children. Both well-appointed and comfortable. Perfect location for sightseeing including walkable sites and Uber access. Breakfast was perfect for starting the day. Top notch service and friendliness.
