How Do I Count The Ways? Sade, Imelda the impeccable front desk. Both reached out to me to provide limo transportation for our arrival, and attended to any request for assistance with perfect English, and gracious regard. The location was central to everything, quiet, private and relaxing. We were steps from good dining, and shopping. But it’s also a diplomatic, and family neighborhood. We have been to Paris numerous times. This is definitely the best experience.

The suite is very spacious with plenty of space for sitting and putting away clothing. Nice for family. Walkable to many sites and easy access to subway and bus lines.

My family chose the hotel during a short stay in Paris. It was very charming! It was clean and comfortable with an excellent location. It was also very quiet.

Hotels.com needs to improve your communication with this hotel. I got there and was told we could not have two beds for my 17 and 16 yo son and daughter; that it would require an upgrade despite hotels.com showing two beds in the listing photos. An upgrade was unavailable as no rooms were free. Teenage kids were unhappy about sharing a bed. Nearby rooms couldn’t have been happy listening to them fighting every night. Next the hotel told me I had to pay extra for breakfast despite having prepaid for it on hotels.com. This required multiple calls to hotels.com and the hotel manager to resolve with a refund for the full week of breakfasts. Super inconvenient as my teens are always hangry and this was supposed to make my life easier. Hotel staff was hit or miss. Great if we didn’t have a problem, defensive when trying to resolve issues. They kept saying I should have booked through them directly. Maybe. Rooms were small but comfortable. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night once and I still dk why. The only thing people need to be really aware of is the bathtub/shower situation. The tub comes up mid-thigh (I am 5’6”) and there are no grab handles for getting in/out of the tub, meaning there is a trust fall of about 3” when stepping out of the tub that I always said a prayer not to slip when making. As such, this hotel would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, hotel was ‘fine’ just not the something special we were hoping for in Paris.
