The property is conveniently located. However, do not take the room facing the elementary school. It is noisy when the children are outdoors.

This was such a wonderful place to stay for our family... we miss it already! Each of the staff members were so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. They all made our stay feel like a home away from home. It was truly a special place to stay, thank you!

This is a very traditional, mid-range hotel in downtown Paris. I selected this hotel based on what would have been an exceptionally good value on the "junior suite." Unfortunately, there was an error and someone else ended up with the suite. The hotel staff did let me know about this ahead of time, and they took a lot of steps to mke up for the downgrade in room, but in the end we were in a much smaller room than I had expected or wanted. The positives: The hotel is convenient to major tourist sites and shopping, but was still pretty quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. The negatives: I feel like security is very lax. The hotel uses a very old-school system for managing physical keys. You ask for a particular room number at the front desk and they hand it over, but without any steps to make sure that they are giving the key to the right person. The shower was very difficult to use without making a lot of mess in the bathroom. Most rooms are cramped, with few places to put clothes or luggage.

This is a family owned hotel and they treat you like family. The breakfast is excellent French fair and service excellent. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like special guests. Check in was smooth and room was ready immediately. (We we’re early). Staff was very friendly and considerate. (Especially Florence, who gave us advice and tips throughout our stay). Breakfast every morning was a treat with friendly staff and smiles. Housekeeping was very thorough and staff friendly. (Especially Vivian) The whole property was very clean. Location was excellent, as were able to walk almost everywhere. Overall, we can honestly say that it was one of our most memorable vacations. We were treated like family! We even received gifts from the hotel as mementos of ourvisit.

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Very nice hotel with very clean interiors and decor. Right next to Champs Elysees and Madeline sub station. Everything very close. Very courteous staff. Our stay was very pleasant and delightful. Will any day recommend and will stay again if I go to Paris. Wifi was little flaky but that could be due to rains.
