Pavillon Faubourg Saint-Germain & Spa

We stayed at the hotel with kids and there were always things we needed help with and a lot of room maintenance- the staff was always there for us. Rooms were very clean and looked modern, not much noise from other neighbours or from the street. There is an excellent restaurant and a bar downstairs and you can work from there or meet people or enjoy some of the best food in town. Location is excellent as well - steps away from d’Orsay and the river bank, Louvre, etc. surprisingly little traffic and crowds. Would absolutely go back, hotel staff became like a part of the family to us!

This is certainly not a five star hotel. It is extremely small, so much so that incredibly the elevator is located in a cupboard like space right in front of an open kitchen with all its smells! The room was claustrophobic, as were the elevator and halls. Breakfast buffet ordinary, as so often is the case, staff allow for small children to use the buffet as a playground with very unhygienic results. How about this: allow only adults to use the buffet, and let the parents bring the food to their unruly offsprings.

Loved location- easy walking and plenty of Ubers. Staff was wonderful - we were upgraded from a deluxe room to a junior suite for our 6 night stay - the room was beautifully appointed and sparking clean - very very quiet ( only 4 rooms on our floor). It’s a small hotel - and spread over 3 elevator banks - which can be quirky due to the old buildings - we accessed our elevator thru the coat room of the restaurant - but it’s fine - great bar and breakfast / restaurant was very good.

Best hotel we stayed in during our 2 week tour of France!! The service was quick and friendly, and they spoke excellent English. The room was spotless! The sheets and bed were very high end, we slept amazing. The breakfast was worth the additional fee in the morning. It was delicious, had a beautiful setting, and quick service. The location was close to everything we wanted to do, but was on a very quiet street so we never heard people or traffic! There were so many good eating establishments right within walking distance as well. We will always choose to stay here on our future trips to Paris, and would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation!!!
