The hotel is in a great location lots of local restaurants and shops easy walk to the metro, hotel is designed beautiful, front desk staff amazing and extremely helpful, we had 2 junior suites for for a family 6 plenty of room, could not fault this hotel made for a very enjoyable vacation

Claudia and the team at Le Swann where outstanding! They went out of our way to make our team feel welcomed. We had 7 rooms with two days of meetings in the meeting room and afterwards everyone hated leaving the hotel. All of us will be back with our families.

Junior Suite is less than 20 sq. m! That was a shock for a "suite". Bed sheets had small aunts and we asked for them to be changed, and again aunts on the supposedly changed sheets. Evening receptionist isn't friendly, doesn't welcome guests with a smile. Asked for a taxi on check out and mentioned to the receptionist that we have 4 suitcases and a baby stroller so we need a mini van and we ended up with a small taxi where we had to put one of the suitcases next to us at the back but had no choice to catch my train. Won't be my go to hotel next time I'm in Paris
