Best Western Premier Kapital Opera

Just because I love reading detailed reviews: Pros: The cleanliness of the room is phenomenal. It has everything you need. They even offer whatever is in the minibar as part as your welcome. I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the receptionist that helped me the first two days, the female receptionist was the sweetest. She gave me all the information I needed at check-in and was so welcomimg. I read some reviews about the outside because sketchy but it wasn’t. I always felt safe and it was clean outside the building too. The beds were super comfortable and they went above and beyond with the toiletries. Cons: There was a very young receptionist the last day of check-out. I asked him to help me with calling for a taxi and he did not really put an effort. He called one taxi place and was like “ sorry, there’s nothing.” I had to figure it out. Luckily, I was able to get a hold of an Uber driver but as I waited outside of the hotel I noticed that many others coming out of their hotel had a taxi picking them up. Just left a bad impression. Hopefully they just train him a little more. The other receptionist were beyond phenomena, this kid wasn’t. Overall, this was a wonderful stay! I definitely recommend, especially if you are traveling with your family.
