La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris by The Crest Collection

Good property, great with family. Good location, the hotel is recently renovated.

I had reserved and paid for a 2-bedroom deluxe room at the La Clef Tour Eiffel hotel for more than 1 month, but the same day I have to check in I received an email from you informing me that you canceled that reservation. and they changed it to the La Clef Louvre hotel, which is in another area that did not interest me, because for some work meetings and family reasons, I had to be in the Trocadero area, and they also changed me to a smaller room Because I already reserved and paid for a 60-meter room and they changed it for another 40-meter room and in another place, 4.5 km away. Therefore I had to spend on several taxis and transportation to move to the other area where I had my reservation. This situation had never happened to me. I travel to Paris very often for work and family reasons, and I always stay in hotels in the Trocadero area, but this time I wanted to try another hotel and stay at La Clef Tour Eiffel, but I was very disappointed by what you told me They canceled my reservation the same day, and I could no longer change to another hotel, because for the same day the prices were already much more expensive to book another hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Paris. We stayed here in June with a toddler. Had a one bedroom suite. Includes a little kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. Hotel provided the crib which is a plus. Very cute hotel with a nice Parisian feel. Great size bathroom. Bigger than your typical European hotel. Great location. 2-3 min walk to the train and bus stop outside the hotel. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower! You can see it early in the day and beat the crowd and at night. Walking distance to restaurants. There is a little market just two doors down and a pharmacy right next door. Would highly recommend this hotel
