Hôtel Palais De Chaillot

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is truly the best. François the manager went out of his way to introduce himself and provide a list of activities and food recommendations. Charlotte at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Anything we needed she was always willing to help. We enjoyed talking with her. She even made sure to leave more of the yummy chocolate candies out for us because she knew we loved them so much. I loved that she thought of us. Patricia who is in charge of the breakfast had such a kind spirit and made us feel welcomed and cared for as well. Besides the staff, the rooms were very very clean (great cleaning crew) and beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the sunrise and top of the Eiffel tower from the 6th floor. WIFI was unreliable being that high up, so keep that in mind when booking a higher floor if that's important to you. I did mention to staff the issue and was met with kindness and a helpfulness to try and resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again. Also, make sure to try their Orangeade they put out as a refreshment in the afternoon. It's delicious. Merci!

All the staff is friendly. In fact they treated us like their family. Even taught us a french words. Whenever we come back from our day tours they always asked. How did your day went. They also recommended good places to eat and even give us a precautions about pickpockets when riding a metro. That's what you a best hotel treatment of all time.

I booked 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds. When I checked in, they had me booking 4 rooms, each with 1 queen bed. Turns out, they don't have any rooms with 2 queen beds. All of their rooms have 1 queen bed. So in my party of 4 adults a 2 kids, I booked a 4th room I didn't need. This is more of a problem with Expedia's description of the hotel vice the actual hotel.
