Novotel Paris Centre Gare Montparnasse

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel. It was clean, welcoming and convenient. It has a restaurant and bar on site which made it easy to have breakfast in the morning before venturing out. The breakfast is a buffet style for 20€ and kids 12 and under free. The staff was friendly and kind. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Located centrally thr hotel is value for money..but rooms are too small. Wr had a family room...it was also very small and congested. It even did not have cupboards to keep yr stuff. Bfast spread was good and staff helpful. I guess generally hotel rooms in Europe are small...apart from it there was nothing wrong with the hotel.

The place is really nice, but the best thing of all is the service! Special shout out to HUGO who went above and beyond to make my whole family stay great! I 100 percent recommend this place

Hotel with perfect location. Very friendly and service minded staff. Suits both families with kids and couples. Breakfast is really nice with a large variety of food. Nice lobby and lobby bar.

Great location but poor room design for family. Bathroom has big tub but the shower you can’t even move in! Seriously, I have had a larger shower in an RV and cruise ship. I had to open the door to pick up the soap that was on the floor (I am not large person)You could not take a shower in the bathtub due to no curtain and such. Toilet is a small closet away from the sink to wash your hands. When the sofa bed is out, you have very little room to move around. The staff were nice but not really helpful. It wasn’t until the last day of my trip I learned of some of the amenities like water refill station. Walking distance to metro and buses that take you the attractions. Great supermarket around the corner. House keeper was very nice and through. Buy the all day metro, bus ticket to get around. Two days was about 22E

What stood out was that all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed which meant we would get in well past midnight so we gave them a quick call giving them a heads up - and they assured us it wasn’t an issue. We were quickly checked in and given access to our room. The room was a tight squeeze, with the door opening pretty much into the storage area. It was 30C during our stay and the AC worked well. The shower tray needs to be deeper to avoid over flow, but other than that, everything was fine. I should mention they have free water refilling stations on each floor. The gym is very basic with no free weights or exercise mats. Finally I should add that on the Sunday they had a magician doing tricks, which had lots of families smiling. Location wise, it’s about 20mins to all key sights, but the train station is a five min stroll. Overall a pleasant stay and if you need to be in this area, I would recommend. The staffs friendliness left a lasting impression.
