Most staff members were bilingual and very welcoming. Very family friendly. It’s located in a super accessible area with everything you need within its proximity. I would definitely stay there again.

An amazing place to stay for our family trip. Very clean and fresh and stylishly decorated. Adjoining room for kids, wonderful pool and sauna, excellent service. Plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast very good.

Just returned from a 1week family trip to Paris and we found this hotel ideal. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We had two rooms and both were perfect for our needs: large comfortable beds, great shower, no noise, espresso machine, good AC, tv and lovely towels and robes. Daily housekeeping, and a water fountain near the rooms. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, and being a new hotel, everything is immaculate order. (Our single complaint was that the chromecast system wasn’t working in either room so the kids couldn’t watch anything on the TV. I’m sure this an IT teething problem and will be resolved) We used the spa pool several times. It’s not a large pool, but was perfect for our needs and was a very relaxing way to start or end busy days sight seeing. You need to book a slot for the pool but we didn’t have any trouble being offered a convenient time. For getting about Metro Gaite and Metro Montparnasse are just a few minutes walk. There’s a well stocked grocery shop round the corner and a lovely boulangerie for morning pastries in the street behind the hotel. Location is maybe not in the centre of things, but the location is very convenient for amenities and transport.

Great Hotel!!!! The staff were so nice. The hotel itself is very esthetic as my teenagers put it. Everything looks clean and new. Beautiful hotel in all aspects. It's a short walk to the metro and bus stop. Overall a great hotel. We are a family of 5 and having the family room being 2 room but joined was great. Would absolutely recommend to others.
