Hôtel Yooma Urban Lodge

It was very hot and the temperature thermostat didn’t cool it off. When we went to open the window the hinge was broken and almost fell on my Mother. Location is awesome but it is definitely catered to little kids.

My family and I stayed in a 6 person room. The staff were helpful in checking in us in and very helpful in giving us space to store our luggage when the locker room was full. The 6 person family room was very nice in that each person had their own bed, but very a very cramped living space with only one stool to sit on for everyone by a fold down table. On arrival to our room we also found the toilet seat in the room was broken and one of the sliding doors on one of the bunk beds was also missing. The staff came and checked the toilet seat very quickly but it was not replaced during our stay. The beds were very comfy - we all had a great sleep! The dual showerhead was blissful - very pleasant shower room with a massive mirror. We included breakfast with our room but was disappointed to find the scrambled egg was very mushy and breakfast lacked a choice of egg cooked different ways (e.g. fried, omelettes, boiled). My kids appreciated having the choice of bacon but it was dripping with oil. Very lovely to have a choice of crepes or pancakes alongside bread, croissants and pain o chocolats. A very good location as we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tour and also walked to La Louvre although this was much further. The free arcade games were a real treat and the foyer was well decorated and relaxing area to wait in with complimentary cold water available. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay as a family! The room was immaculately clean and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. The position was also fantastic and made for a fun and memorable experience. Well done YOOMA Team!

Wonderful experience, a great spot, and my kids (teenagers) loved the Pacman theme and the pool table. Also a very welcome break from the heat in the air conditioning!

It is a well located, modern hotel with modern commodities (elevator, a/c,etc.). Design is really cool, and all staff are beyond nice and all of them speak multiple languages. Guests are truly multicultural as well and the atmosphere is laid back and hip. The only downside is the rooms are really small and you keep bumping into your family members because there is only one bathroom per room, but this is something we were well aware of before booking. I'd also suggest they include some more food options at the bar. Great experience overall and would recommend.

We had such an amazing time at this hotel. Staff are very friendly. They have a play room for the kids and free arcade. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower. Clean. Quite. Excellent.

Thoroughly impressed with Yooma. Stayed with 4 friends in a family room for a weekend. The whole hotel was very clean including the lobby and the downstairs communal bathrooms. Our room was cleaned really well on a daily with a generous resupply of towels. Staff were amazing.. perfect balance of attentive without being overbearing. Check in and check out process was completely seamless and efficient. Location was also really good.. mall local and only 10 min walk to the eiffel tower. We were all very happy with the stay and would definitely come back in the future.

The hotel is family friendly, very close to attractions and dining options. Transportation is near by. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The only downside is limited parking options for van sized cars (above 1.85 meter high), as well as dirt in the surrounding streets.

We stayed there because they had a room for families at five, it was fantastic and right near the Eiffel Tower. The 15th Arrondissement had a ton of great bakeries and neat squares, restaurants and in general was a good pick!

We like this hotel. It is clean, convenient, walkable, next to shopping malls and the staff are friendly. We definitely recommend this hotel and it is good for everyone especially with kids. They have a playroom, video games, breakfast buffet and washing machine and dryer. We just absolutely like this hotel.
