Novotel Suites Paris Issy les Moulineaux

The hotel is very clean and spacious for family The workers at the reception are very nice. The breakfast is okay but no omelet. I like the hotel especially the location but the hotel Air conditioner was not working so good.

The staff were extremely nice, patient and willing to help. Fantastic rooms, great for family of 4. Perfectly located to trams and trains

We stayed here in mid August as a family of 4. The room was clean and modern. The bed for the teens was a trundle bed and they both found it comfortable. There is a little mini kitchen with a sink, microwave and fridge. There were 2 washrooms, one with the toilet and sink and another with a large shower, bathtub, and sink. There were curtains to divide the parents room from the main living space and the bathroom with the shower, could be an issue for people that like more privacy but we were fine with it. Our AC wasn't working in our room while we were there but we made due with opening a window and let the front desk know when we checked out. We added breakfast to our stay, kids eat free. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and had a good variety so everyone ate well. There is also a little convenience store in the lobby to get some snacks and a Subway restaurant across the street. There is an RER station right by the hotel but it was closed for construction while we were there. There is also a tram close by.

This property disappointed me and my family all the way. When we got to the room, the AC was not working, after a few hours, they offer me a Fan to spend the night with the promise of changing my room the following day. No fan was provided that day, and no room change on the following day either. Then, they gave me a fan for my room and for my brother-in-law room that had the same issue with the AC. The front desk people were all new and they all say the same thing, everything here is broken. Then I realize that the fridge and the safe of the room were not working either. I complained and complained but only the safe issue was resolved. They were trying to calm me down with gifts and kindness, but everything was wrong in that property. They know the issue they were having with the AC because all the first floor was full of fans in the rooms. I don’t recommended this property at all.

Very good location, train station was literally across the street, it took us to the Eiffel tower in less than 10 minutes. The room was big for Paris. The toilet is separate from the shower, which was very convenient for a family with kids and teens. The breakfast was delicious. The personnel was very accommodating. It was a great choice as of the neighborhood, it is quite safe and not busy during the nights.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from an RER train station which makes it easily accessible. However the location is very business oriented. This is good in the sense that the hotel area is quiet in the evening, however restaurant options, for a family, are limited. The room was a little above average on size for a European hotel and felt clean. However the mattress of master bed felt worn and uneven to sleep on. The shower was a nice size and looked very nice, however the faucet controls did not work well and water pressure/temperature was unstable and constantly changing. The control for the sink stopper did not work and I needed to remove it entirely in order to drain the water accumulated. The free WiFi was reliable and fast; greatly appreciated by my kids. All said, ever member of the hotel staff we interacted with was very pleasant and nice. They were always very helpful. If we were to return, we would absolutely consider this hotel again.

The hotel was nice, reception crew were very friendly and reception had a nice small shop where you could get something to drink and some snacks. The room was quite big for a family of 4. Breakfast was small, but very good. Quiet area, but a little too far from everything.
