Used the hotel as a base for sight seeing around Paris. It's not really in a walkable distance for this but the metro station is not far and the fare was reasonable (5.20 EUR for a day pass zones 1 and 2 which is fine for central paris). On first impressions of the aparthotel, it was a bit bland just a lift. The room itself smelt a bit but that was cured by an airing. The apartment was large with a separate bedroom and living room. A small well thought out kitchen area was well positioned behind a wall in the living room area. The living room was large enough to have the double and single sofa beds out for our three children to sleep in and we still had room for a table to eat at and the balcony was a nice place to eat breakfast. Paris property is going to be expensive but I thought the accommodation was good value for the space as long as you dont mind being a little out of central Paris.

we where a family with 3 children in Paris, we had an excellent apartment style room on the 8th floor. The small kitchen ensured we could look after our own breakfast and make lunch for our outings to Paris. There is a small shop 1 block away near the volleyball court and there ias a park too if the kids really need to burn extra energy. Paris was 15 mins by train and there are many small bistros around to try. Breakfast at 19euro pp was overpriced when I feed everyone for less then 8 from the shop. Staff where friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and fresh. Really a nice place and with price and feeding yourself u can stay the extra night like we did.
