Hotel Eden

It was OK, fine for the price. It was clean and comfortable and well placed behind the Grand Place. We had no WIFI (apparently they were doing work on the network), mini bar empty, one small bottle of water between 3 of us but forgotten to supply on our last night - fortunately the tap water tasted fine. Telly channels were only in French. We didn’t have breakfast as we thought it was rather pricey with children in tow.

Return visit and even better. Don’t usually review hotels that we really like because they then become too popular, however this is a gem. The owners are friendly and accommodating and the room standards are excellent. We had a superior double on the way out and a junior suite back. Both were really plush. The only slight problems are not the fault of the proprietors- parking fees nearby are high and there is a problem with bird mess on cars from trees in the car park outside, don’t park under them.
