Staff was friendly and helped us to find the parking. If the single stay, the room space is enough (we stayed with family). Bathroom is clean and bigger space than the other hotels. Bad thing was the cleaning of the room. After the first night, the cleaning of the floor was not sufficient. But basically it is enough good.

We had a wonderful family getaway to Lille over the halfterm weekend. The Why hotel was the perfect base. Easy to walk anywhere in the city and plenty of shops and restaurants and museums nearby. Very comfortable and convenient. We visited during and after Storm Eunice but experienced very little disruption; everything ran smoothly and the hotel were very helpful.
