All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early and had been upgraded to a larger room. The toilet was very small and cramped and the drain in the shower was blocked so water drained very slowly. We reported this as we were leaving as it wasn’t a major problem. The breakfast was basic, however there was plenty to eat and what was on offer was good quality. The car park was very handy, we were in a Vw transporter van and it was a bit tight but plenty of room for a family saloon. We would stay here again.

Close to everything we wanted to do including the Cathedral, restaurants and the train station. The hotel was perfect for our family of 3…great family room layout. We loved the breakfast and the staff was super helpful. Would highly recommend! Tammy Hesterberg

The only improvement I would suggest is to be able to change the air conditioning setting in the rooms. We opened the window to cool the room down if it was nice outside. But if it was warm outside, or during the night - the window was closed, and we were a little warm. Otherwise, we really liked the room and the location of the hotel. We will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Excellent value for money for a one night stay on the way to the south of France. Our family room was spacious, clean and in really good condition and only 15 mins walk to the cathedral. Lots of space for a family of 3 and good to have the single bed around the corner foe the double to help little people actually go to sleep! Parking for €14 and a most surprising breakfast included. Hot and cold food and lots of it. Overall a brilliant pit stop and I would use again.

We stopped in room 401 and toilet smelt of undone and was next to the child’s bed in the room. I complained to reception and they didn’t seem bothered. Also when we arrived they work completing work as we come out of the lift, of which we were not informed
