Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort

Overall the hotel is okay. The place was clean and staff is very friendly once we sorted our the differences. I purchased an all inclusive package for $60/person and we were 7 people. They kept arguing with me that it doesn't include all beverages ... made me pay 2000 Egp which they refunded later. I called Expedia and spoke to a manager who fixed it and gave us the package we paid for. The all inclusive pkg g For non Egyptians includes soft and hard drinks. Because we held dual citizenships, they still wanted to not give us the hard drinks option. But since I booked from USA in US dollar, they finally complied. Just made a stressfull check in for no reason! The kitchen and dining staff (special thanks to Moamen, Diaa and Abdulrahman) arr really friendly and super kind. Gamal in housekeeping Room Service was very attentive to our rooms. Not much amenities in the hotel except 1 pool, so kids got bored quickly but we found lots to do in surrounding areas.
