Hotel was Very close in proximity to the Pyramids and Sphinx. They serve buffet breakfast with the same menu every day but it’s ok. Servers were very nice. Watermelon was delicious. They picked up us from the airport in Cairo (1 hour ride to Giza). Just find a different tour if you can. Theirs is expensive. We paid $280 for a room upgrade (view of two pyramids and Spinx), pyramid tour for 2 with inner chamber, 15 minutes camel ride (2 people $25 each), Egypt museum and Civilization museum. Car was air conditioned (the biggest aaaahhh in their very hot weather). Buffet lunch at Egyptian restaurant was included in the package. You just need to pay for your drinks. For a bottled water and a coke, we paid $5. The chicken kabob and rice was my saving grace. Very delicious. The tour guide was very educational about everything. I forgot her name but she used to work for the museum. She knows her stuff very well. Other than that, if you know language and is a native there, everything could have been much more cheaper for us. Going back to the airport, we paid $25. Bring $1 for tips. They’ll appreciate it. Other than that, this is a great family boutique hotel.

First of all, let me make it clear: this place is about as much of a 4-star boutique hotel as McDonald's is a Michelin star restaurant. I wouldn't even give it two stars; most 2-star motels in the US have rooms that are larger, cleaner, and have better amenities. Now, let's dive into details. Our unique "boutique" experience started with the free airport transfer. The driver played hide-and-seek, first at the wrong terminal, then without the promised sign with my name. The car looked like it had been through a battlefield. The guy demonstrated excellent skills behind the wheel, but his driving style was consistent with the beaten up appearance of his car. And, to top it off, the seatbelts were non-functional. Despite my doubtful anticipations, we survived the transfer and were met by very welcoming check-in staff at Pyramids Valley. The lobby area was relatively clean. However, as we ascended the stairs to our rooms, the walls started telling us a different, dirtier story. Unlocking the rooms was a mini adventure, as the door locks were ancient and had a mind of their own. The desk in my mom's room had traces of food here and there (the staff cleaned it up on my request, though). My room did not have a proper shower cabin, causing the water to splash all over the bathroom floor. Hot water only lasted for 3-4 minutes, which made me a pro at speed-showering by the end of my stay. (To be honest, if I was staying there with my kids, who tend to indulge in lengthy showers, I mig

excellent customer service, the location was amazing rooftop you can watch the pyramid night show, hookah, good food and drinks, alcohol drinks are very limited. Rooms are nice for the price but very clean and balcony however tries to get a top floor because around the front entrance of the hotel is dirty and a lot of locals hang out at night. not a real safety concern but looks bad and not quite. rooms are once size and clean. not far for any of the priming actives. and there is a KFC across the street. The staff was very accommodating to my smaller child. also, you can book all tours onsite at the hotel which a private tour guide will pick you up and take you to with meals include and cheap than booking online or on vitor. We good some pretty good deals.

It's OK for 1 or 2 nights - directly in front of the entrace of the pyramids. You get to see the sound and light show from the rooftop of the hotel - the staff is extra friendly and speaks English - restaurant on site. It's not very good but there's nothing else within walking distance except Pizza Hut. - make sure to book a room with balcony!!! the rooms on the other side have no window (they do but they built a new hotel directly next to this one so there is not light or air, you can touch the wall of the other hotel if you stretch your arm) - the rooms could be cleaner. It's not as dramatic as other hotels I've visited but no covid measures at the hotel, there are traces on the walls everywhere... - it smells of smoke in the corridors - electrical system not super safe. Some wires were hanging out of the wall and TV. No problem for adults but be careful if traveling with children. - hot water available
