Screaming kids all day in the pool. Tired and dated rooms in the old wing and reception staff who couldn’t care less.

I stayed with my family in 4 rooms, we asked several times for towels and they never arrived. There was a party in the pool until late son we couldn’t sleep. We left at 5 am to the desert and there was no hot water in any of the rooms, so we could not take a shower. I complained and nobody gave any explanation or apologized. It took me an hour to make my checkout at 5 am! There was only one person in the front desk and he took 30 minutes with one client and the same with me.
