Good service, friendly staff my family and I enjoyed it

My entire family stayed there for the Christmas Holidays! It was a wonderful luxurious experience since the moment we arrived! We couldn’t feel more safe and pampered! Five stars hotel in one of the most safest and also the most beautiful touristic area of the city!

Hotel its self is nice and clean; but the staff is very rude. Very condescending if they know you are not from the country. What really was upsetting is that they refuse to let my family go up to my room that came to visit me. The first night I had to sit in the lobby after traveling 6 hours by car to talk to family. The following day my family wanted to bring me a traditional breakfast and they refused to let them up. My daughter had to go down and talk to the manager and he granted them 15 mins. That same day the staff chase my daughter with her cousins as they were coming to help us with 7 huge suitecases saying that they had staff to help us. Mind you were are in a 3rd world country where the hotel tells us not to walk around after 7:30pm

Terrible service. From the moment of check in, the receptionist wanted to charge an extra $40 per person. My family wasn’t staying the night. They just needed the bathroom. The receptionist assumed they were staying, who went to shop in the area by the hotel. After explaining this, they still harrassed my kids but not allowing them to swim in the pool then later not allowing me in the room!!! My stay was already paid in full!!

Awful experience. H We booked a junior suite overlooking the river which was fine. By the way the reason we stayed there it is because we had dinner engagement nearby. We got back very late. Our plan was to sleep throughout the morning. This was spoiled because in the upper floor they are doing some work. They began hammering at 8:15am. They stopped when called to complain. Obviously we were not able to regain our sleep. Breakfast: the AC in the dinning area is insufficient. I asked if they had problem with it and they answered that they do not. The reason it was so hot it was because the sunlight on the windows!! In other words don’t go this hotel during hot season (Dec thru May). We did not have a second cup of coffee because we were sweeting.

Great hotel, nice personnel, nice facilities, nice an safe surroundings. Food is good, but I would like to see better prices. I would definitely place anti skids strips on shower.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, staff is very professional and friendly. The pool is very nice, my kids loved it. I used the spa, paid for a massage (every penny worth). Hot tubs, sauna, steam room. The hotel is very clean. Plenty of options to walk around, dinning options.
