Breakfast was great, people very helpful, stores and attraction near by, when i needed help getting an extra room for my family everyone made it easy for me and them to get comfortable right away. i appreciated that, thank you

We booked three bedrooms as a family. The hotel has very old and out dated furniture and amenities. Room pillows, sheets and towels are extremely old! They were ripping apart. Even with all of this the hotel reception had the audacity of accusing us of taking their towels. Horrible customer service! The cleanliness has a lot to be desired. Bathrooms lacked soap, shampoo or conditioner as well. The only good thing about this hotel was the doorman. Excellent person! Very friendly to everyone who came in to the hotel.
