A bit dissapointing. Last night, local family with screaming kids all over the hall ways after 10:00pm. The staff is wonderful, but service is strange. For two people, there should be 4 large towels in a Hilton. Some days, no facecloths in the bathroom, we had to ask for kleenex and for a bathmat, but none we we came back today, Only two glasses in teh room, no wine glasses. Only decafeinated coffee in the room for the coffee maker , no whitener, apparently it does not exist here. Too many little irritants all day long. A/C system was too cold, but no heat available when it gets too cold. Not the type of Hilton I'm used to.
