It was amazing place we enjoy it so much the hotel staff were very friendly The hotel close to everything, the beach restaurants , very calm and super safe and good for family The staff were very helpful and super nice On my way back after i went through the custom and less then hour to my flight i remembered that i forgot my wallet in the hotel i called right away they found it and send it straight with taxi driver in about 10 munite i got my wallet i will never forget that I just want to say thank you so much for the help i will look forward to go back again

Awesome location, great price, it was worth every penny , every staff member was always attentive to my needs. The bueatiful beach right across the street...maybe a 100 steps. The food was excellent from the onsite restaurant with a great menu. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Also kids friendly!

I have stayed at El Batey numerous times and always have a pleasant stay. The deluxe rooms are always clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect and the grounds are very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is perfect. Great place for couples and families.

I stayed o my 1 day of the 5 I booked. When I arrived. I told them my fiancée was going to arrive in the morning with my 1 year old Son. They told me I couldn’t have visitors I replied she is my fiancé with my son. They said those are the rules and that they are a family hotel implying that my fiancée was a prostitute. The reason I say this is my fiancée is over half my age. Felt like discrimination to me. So she arrived and there was another front desk woman who told me this. She kept staring at my fiancée and I felt very uncomfortable. So I immediately made reservations for another hotel in the area. I have contacted an attorney in Boca Chica and I will move forward unless they agree to refund my 4 days I didn’t stay. They said I would get credit if I return in a couple of weeks. I will never stay there again. She kept saying it’s a family hotel. I kept replying well this is my family!!!

This is a very nice and cozy hotel. Impeccable place, wonderful staff, (very attentive) and just a few steps from the beach. I loved the art throughout the entire place. I only wished they had shampoos, conditioner and a hairdryer. My family enjoyed the breakfast and dinner from the restaurant. Upstairs is so romantic. The hot water and the water pressure was perfect.

The staff was beyond friendly. We enjoyed our stay. It was a very relaxing ambiance. Would recommend to friends and family!
