They were horrible very bad experience I have a baby and they let me out waiting with a toddler crying after a difficult flight. The told me they couldn't accommodate me that night. When I have already booked and paid in advance. After 45 minutes they decided to give me a room with a construction view . I left to Catalonia hotel next morning.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the breakfast buffet.Benjamin made me feel like family and we will stay in touch.He really stood out over the rest of the staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I particular Benjamin he assisted my family every step of the way. Provided services for two handicap people in our group. Also there was Orlando, he was there to direct and inform us about services in the area, and made sure all our requests were granted. The property was also amazing 😻

Love the staff. Specially Mari. She cleaned our room daily. She made us feel welcome and treated us like family. God bless her.definetly will go back cuz of her.
