This is the 3rd-4th time our family has stayed on this property. The staff is awesome, family oriented they had my kids playing with the Piano in the lobby! They remember us, and very welcoming and catering. We will be returning again! Thank you to everyone.

This was a family vacation, the hotel is dated and a bit old. The hallway carpet on the third floor needs to be changed and it smells like mildew. They charge for everything and the casino is filled with prostitutes and hustlers. The staff was friendly for the most part but some were very arrogant. Please beware of the hustle the do not display prices and they try to rip you off

The hotel is clean, and staff is very friendly. The staff is bilingual in English and Spanish. I felt comfortable as the environment was inclusive and diverse. The hotel is centered in town, and everything is accessible via taxi right in front of the hotel, and they speak English. If you are fluent in Spanish, you could hop on the local bus or hail a local taxi by the road. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
